Does nothing last?

Entertainment is not usually my interest, but I feel this is appropriate for a first blog post.

Miss Piggy and Kermit the Frog. Peanut butter and jelly. Eggs and bacon.

Sure, eggs flirt with ham every now and then. Peanut butter has a fling with bananas. But Miss Piggy and Kermit were the loyal high-school (do they have an education?) sweethearts of a generation. Many generations.

Then Miss Piggy does this:

For the record, Miss Piggy says "we" made the decision, and Kermit says Miss Piggy made the decision.

It's clearly a PR stunt for The Muppets. I would have watched the show regardless. Did they really have to end a relationship for ratings?
